Personal Protection Shields-part 1

Good shielding requires you to have some level and knowledge of visualization techniques, which may be combined with meditation. Basic energy sensing and manipulation is also helpful, but not required.

There are quite a number of people who can sense aspects about other people. Some people can “read” other people if they are not well shielded.

There are some people who are so negative that they drain other people mentally, emotionally, physically and psycologically. We all know someone who can ruin the best day and make us feel tired or even physically ill. Strong and Effective shielding can reduce or eliminate this.

Basic Techniques – Visualizations
The basic techniques for shielding are very simple, but require quite a bit of practice to be effective.

Beginner Visualization (The Egg)
The most basic shielding technique involves visualizing a barrier around yourself. The most basic barrier is probably the sphere or egg of white light.

Ground and center your energy using whatever method works best for you. Close your eyes and breathe deeply for a few minutes. Allow yourself to see your body with your mind’s eye. Hold this image until it becomes stable. Now see your skin begin to glow with white light. Allow this light to become a layer that covers your entire body. Let it expand to be as thick as you think it needs to be and continue to grow outward. As it moves away from the surface of your body, it becomes a glowing white egg (or sphere) encircling you from all directions. Allow it to expand to the edge of your personal comfort zone. Know that you are safe within this space, and allow yourself to feel calm. Hold this image firmly in your mind for several minutes before opening your eyes.

Use this visualization whenever you feel you need protection, and particularly before doing any other energetic or psychic work. It is also a good practice to begin your day with this visualization and to consciously draw your attention toward the mental image of your shield throughout the day whenever you think about it or whenever you are faced with drama or negative energy.

Homemade Cream Deodorant Recipe

Making deodorant at home is so easy and you probably already have the ingredients in your kitchen or bathroom. There are so many synthetic and questionable ingredients in store bought deodorant why not give it a try.

Now keep in mind that this is deodorant NOT anti-perspirant. So you will still sweat, but your sweat will not stink. Your body needs to sweat and expel toxins. Anti-perspirants trap those odors in. Technically sweat doesn’t have an odor it’s the bacteria on your skin that produces the odor.

Ingredients Needed-

Coconut oil  or Vegetable Shortening

Cornstarch

Baking Soda

Tables spoons

glass bowl

Preparation-

Scoop 5 tbsp of coconut oil and place in the bowl. Then scoop 1 tbsp each of cornstarch and baking soda and mix until creamy.

Thats it.

This recipe is so effective and a little goes a long way.

This isn’t the recipe I use on my website but I highly recommend it to anyone who is choosing go natural.

I have deodorant for sale on my website (in bar form) that is just as effective as store brands.
